Warren Berlinger is an American actor and singer who has been active in the entertainment industry since the 1950s. He is best known for his roles in the films Grease (1978), The Bad News Bears (1976), and The Apple Dumpling Gang (1975). He has also appeared in numerous television shows, including The Love Boat, The Partridge Family, and The Mary Tyler Moore Show. Berlinger was born on August 31, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York. He attended the High School of Performing Arts in New York City and then went on to study acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Berlinger's first major role was in the Broadway production of The Music Man in 1957. He then went on to appear in numerous television shows, including The Love Boat, The Partridge Family, and The Mary Tyler Moore Show. He also appeared in the films Grease (1978), The Bad News Bears (1976), and The Apple Dumpling Gang (1975). Berlinger has been married to his wife, actress and singer, Susan Watson, since 1965.
