Victor Milner was an American cinematographer who worked on over 100 films during his career. He was born in New York City on December 15, 1893. He began his career in the film industry in 1915, working as a camera assistant. He eventually became a cinematographer and worked on films such as The Big Parade (1925), The Jazz Singer (1927), and All Quiet on the Western Front (1930). He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Cinematography for his work on the film The Adventures of Robin Hood (1938). He also worked on films such as The Maltese Falcon (1941), The Best Years of Our Lives (1946), and The Ten Commandments (1956). He died on April 28, 1977 in Los Angeles, California.
