In 2015, his short animation "Hole" won Best Film and Best Screenplay at the 2015 Mardi Gras Film Festival's My Queer Career. It was a finalist and Australia's representative film in the Iris Prize (UK), the world's largest gay and lesbian short film prize.

2013

Other documentaries include "Broken" (Sydney Film Festival), "Part One: Love" (nominated for Best Short Documentary at the St Kilda Short Film Festival 2013) and he produced and co-illustrated the animated documentary "Chip", which won an AFI/AACTA 'Social Shorts' Award in 2015. His work in animation includes the Screen Australia-funded short film "Ephemeral", which he wrote and directed/produced with animator Jongsu Oh.
