Teddy Dunn is an American lawyer and former actor. He was born on June 19, 1980 in Torquay, Victoria, Australia. He is best known for his role as Duncan Kane in the television series Veronica Mars. Dunn attended the University of Melbourne, where he earned a Bachelor of Laws degree. He then attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a Master of Laws degree. Dunn began his acting career in 2003, appearing in the television series All Saints. He then went on to appear in the television series Veronica Mars, where he played the role of Duncan Kane from 2004 to 2007. He also appeared in the films The Black Balloon and The Informers. In 2009, Dunn retired from acting and began practicing law. He is currently a partner at the law firm of Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles. Dunn was cast as a series regular for the first season of Veronica Mars as Duncan Kane, but left halfway through season 2 in the episode "Donut Run." He came back for a cameo in the season finale of season 2, "Not Pictured," but did not reprise his role in the third season. He also appeared in the 2004 remake of The Manchurian Candidate. The same year, he had a guest appearance on Gilmore Girls. He also had a guest appearance on Grey's Anatomy in 2006. He appeared in the 2008 film Jumper as Mark Kobold.
