Television presenting followed with music shows, ‘Juice’ (Season 1 & 2) and ‘Music from the Circus’ for Granada and ITV. Plus ‘Club Vegetarian’ and ‘The Style Guide’ for Granada, and ‘Celebrity’ for ITV.

Voice Overs for well-known children's shows like ‘The Cubeez’ and ‘The Fimbles’ followed, and TV shows for Channel 5, and ITV on ‘I Own Britains’ Best Home’ and ‘Marco’s Great British Feast’ to name but a few.

As a writer/creator/producer she has worked for Channel 4 and Baby Cow, whilst screenplay, ‘Graffiti Boy <3 Guerrilla Girl’ won first place at the Moondance International Film Festival and second place at the ReelHeART Film and Screenplay Festival in 2018.

Newley started her own contents company, Newley Dale Ltd, in 2007 with BAFTA nominated producer, John Dale. Creating innovative content for the likes of Comedy Box and Momedia. Gaining the attention of BBC3 for their anarchic sitcom, “Sso!”

1998

Newley was married to French composer Michael Adam with whom she has a daughter, Miel Celeste, born 1998. The couple are now divorced. She later had a son, Weston, born in 2003.

1990

Newley was a television presenter, and a recording artist in the early 1990s. Signed to Boy George’s More Protein label with Virgin she wrote the lyrics and sang on the E-Zee Possee single Breathing Is E-Zee which went to #72 in the UK singles chart in 1991. She was then signed to Trevor Horn’s label, ZTT, where she released the single, ‘Save Me from Myself.’ Further recordings include a duet with her father, the late singer/songwriter, Anthony Newley on a version of ‘Why?’ and The Purple Hospital, on Confusion Records, as singer/lyricist on ‘Delirium.’
