Tamera Mowry-Housley

(January 6, 2019) Her grandmother, Clo, has died following cancer battle over the weekend.

Aunt of Alaina Housley, 18, who was killed in the mass shooting at the Borderline Bar in Thousand Oaks, California on November 7, 2018.

Has 2 children: son, Aden Housley (b. November 12, 2012) & daughter, Ariah Housley (b. July 1, 2015) with husband, Adam Housley.

(May 15, 2011) Married her boyfriend of nearly 6 years Adam Housley in California's Napa Valley following a 10-month-long engagement.

Majored in psychology at Pepperdine University, and spent the summer 2001 studying abroad at Pepperdine's Italian campus in Florence.

After "Sister, Sister" ended in 1999, she has been in many movies and shows such as Seventeen Again (2000), The Hot Chick (2002), Twitches (2005) and Double Wedding (2010).

When the girls were just 16, they discovered tremendous success with their hit TV series, Sister, Sister (1994), about twins that are separated at birth who learn of each other and come back together in their teen years and it became a huge hit.

Auditioned for the role of Ashley Banks on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1990) but later turned it down in which the role went to Tatyana Ali.

The Mowry family tend to appear in guest spots on all of each other's shows (Full House (1987), Sister, Sister (1994), and Smart Guy (1997)).

Tamera Darvette Mowry was born on July 6, 1978, two minutes before her twin sister, Tia Mowry-Hardrict, in Gelnhausen, Hesse, Germany to Darlene Mowry and Tim Mowry, who was in the U. S. Army at the time of her birth and later became a custody officer/jailer with the City of Glendale Police Department, when the family moved to California. Her mother worked as a security guard and managed Tamera and Tias acting careers.
