Timeline

1987

He considers his biggest lift up the ladder of film came from director Terry Gilliam (The Fisher King, Twelve Monkeys, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and The Brothers Grimm). In 1987, Bridgewater had produced and directed his own version of The Fisher King radio sequences for a UCLA directing course. In order to get the tape into Gilliam's hands, he disquised himself as a Fed-Ex delivery man and handed it to Gilliam in his hotel room. "I didn't say anything, just knocked on the door and delivered the tape. "Three days later, Terry called and I've been coaching actors ever since."
