Member of the Working Ranch Cowboy Association. Owns a horse stable in Las Vegas. Actively trains horses and competes in ranch rodeos. Recently won a team buckle in 2013.

2008

One successful comedy film was released by Lions Gate was in May of 2008, "National Lampoon's Cattle Call. " The premier was hosted by Brenden Theaters at the Palms Casino and Resort in Las Vegas. Scott returned to solely focusing on Frontier Rider Productions. Producing western genre based projects supporting the cowboy lifestyle, agriculture and equine.

2002

Scott's stint as the Lone Ranger ended in the summer of 2002. He took a break from producing and acting and partnered up with a large magazine publisher; broadening his media background. Scott spent the next few years learning the publishing world, while keeping his hands in some film and television projects. He then became a VP of Development with Astrablu Media, producing and developing numerous projects.

2001

On February 7, 2001, received a Proclamation from Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman and the day was proclaimed "Scott Shepherd The Lone Ranger Day".

2000

Producer, horseman and cowboy ambassador; Scott's primary focus is preserving the western heritage and furthering the sport of rodeo. A devoted horseman, he spends much of his time teaching children about livestock and agriculture. As for his entertainment background, he got his start in college producing a student film. From there he began producing/directing music videos, PSA's, infomercials and commercials. Aside from rodeo and college athletics; Scott is a devoted martial artist. He became one of the youngest inductees of the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Other inductees that year were action film stars Don "The Dragon" Wilson and Jeff Speakman (star of the hit movie "Perfect Weapon"). With the induction, Scott landed his own TV show on Time Warner; "Kickback", directed by Emmy award winner Rick Schiaffo. Scott then partnered with ABC director Howard Zeidman and James DiNapoli to form Gridlock Productions. Later on, keeping with his mission to preserve the cowboy way, Scott formed Frontier Rider Productions. A company focused on producing western based projects. Including live stunt shows, promotions, film and television. The first major TV project was A&E's "Gunfighters of the West Part I and II. "In 2000, he was chosen to portray the new Lone Ranger by trademark owner, Golden Books Family Entertainment. With a full touring schedule, interviews and commercials, Scott was busy with acting and producing.

1994

Scott Shepherd, aka Scott Pastore, was inducted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 1994. Inducted along with action stars Jeff Speakman and Don "The Dragon" Wilson.

1981

Scott is the first authorized actor to portray the Lone Ranger since actor Clayton Moore. Though Klinton Spilsbury did the last Lone Ranger movie in 1981, Clayton Moore still made appearances after Spilsbury.
