R. D. Singh is an Indian politician and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He was born on 7 June 1954 in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. He completed his Bachelor of Arts degree from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner. He began his political career in the year 1990 when he was elected as a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Sri Ganganagar. He was re-elected in 1993 and 1998. He was appointed as the Minister of State for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in the Government of Rajasthan in 1998. He was re-elected in 2003 and 2008 and was appointed as the Minister of State for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in the Government of Rajasthan in 2008. He was elected to the Lok Sabha in 2014 from Sri Ganganagar and was re-elected in 2019. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee on Agriculture and the Consultative Committee, Ministry of Home Affairs. R. D. Singh is 66 years old as of 2021.
