He has also composed music for films, television, and theater. Damasiewicz was born in Wrocław, Poland, on 11 April 1980. He studied trumpet at the Academy of Music in Wrocław, and composition at the Academy of Music in Katowice. He has also studied at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and the Royal Conservatory of The Hague. Damasiewicz has composed music for films, television, and theater, including the feature films "The Art of Loving" (2017) and "The Red Spider" (2018). He has also composed music for the television series "The Witcher" (2019) and "The Queen's Gambit" (2020). Damasiewicz has been the music curator of the National Forum of Music in Wrocław since 2017.
