He went on to direct several films, including La Belle Aventure (1962) and La Grande Sauterelle (1964). He also worked as a camera operator on films such as The Longest Day (1962) and The Train (1964). Agostini died on 28 April 1996 in Paris, France. Agostini's net worth is unknown.
