Nobby Stiles is a retired English professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. He was born on 18 May 1942 in Collyhurst, Manchester, England. He began his career at Manchester United in 1960 and went on to make over 200 appearances for the club. He was part of the team that won the FA Cup in 1963 and the European Cup in 1968. Stiles was part of the England team that won the 1966 World Cup, and was voted the second-best player of the tournament. He also represented England at the 1970 World Cup. Stiles retired from professional football in 1975 and went on to manage Preston North End and West Bromwich Albion. He was inducted into the English Football Hall of Fame in 2002. As of 2021, Nobby Stiles' net worth is estimated to be $2 million.
