On January 24, 2004 at 3PW Show, Stevie Richards returns to Philadelphia for a bWo reunion with his buddy The Blue Meanie. The bWo did several skits through the night, and Stevie thanked the crowd for "the best night of his career..and his life".

(Before RAW - 11th November 2003) After his best friend Michael Lockwood (Crash Holly) died, Manna came out to Crash's theme music, wearing a Crash Holly shirt, stood on the turnbuckle and pointed up to the sky.

Stevie Richards' repackaged gimmick as the head of the Right to Censor was very briefly introduced in Worcester Massachusetts, on Raw is War, the night after King of the Ring 2000. It happened between an "Over the Top, Drop the Top" match between Jerry "The King" Lawler and Dean Malenko, as Terri Runnels, The King's "representative" in the match, was about to "drop the top."

In May of 1997 he wrestled in a Four Way Dance with Sandman, Terry Funk, and Raven. He and Funk were the last two in the ring. Terry dropped a steel guardrail on Richards' neck (right on his neck). Richards was out for 20 minutes. The arena was cleared. After taking a little time off he showed up on Nitro with Raven.
