Grzesiak also implemented strategic projects concerning sales and management for private entities from the automotive, petroleum, energy, FMCG, cosmetic, banking, insurance and IT industries, including such brands as Audi, Arbonne, Google, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen Bank, Aviva, Porsche, Atlas, Noble Bank, Danone, LOTOS, Sysmex, Credit Agricole Bank, Roche, BNP Paribas, ING, Orlen, Aviva, Burda Publishing, Press Glass and Infosys. Grzesiak has a doctoral degree in management from Warsaw School of Economics. The title of his thesis was Personal brand creation on YouTube channel in Poland and the USA. He is an author of scientific publications and appeared as a guest on various conferences in Poland and other countries (i.e. in Italy and UAE). Grzesiak also lectured in such higher education institutions such as Warsaw School of Economics, University of Dąbrowa Górnicza, University of Szczecin and Oxford University. Since 2017, he is a member of the academic senate and holds the position of adjunct lecturer at the management department at University of Dąbrowa Górnicza. Grzesiak is an active member of scientific committees: i.a. organised by University of Humanities and Economics - Scientific Committee of Creativity Personalisation Conference, he is a member of the board of experts at the University of Dąbrowa Górnicza, he is also a member of Polish Economic Society, Polish Scientific Marketing Association, Scientific Society for Organization and Management and the American Marketing Association. To a large extend, Grzesiak popularized personal development in Poland. In 2015 his book Success and Change, thanks to internet users' votes, was awarded a Theophrastus Statuette as the most popular book in the field of psychology. Grzesiak also won the Manager Award 2017 for implementation of modern forms of management in Polish business companies, including participatory management and innovative selling strategies in the car and petroleum industries, as well as international, scientific research concerning brand identity building in social media and its marketing implications. Grzesiak also received a title of the Optimist of the Year 2017, Luxurious Brand 2017Symbol of Polish Mentorship and Good Innovation Gene organized by Wprost magazine for creating original and innovative sales in the field of E-commerce and digital branding. He was awarded Tiger of Business 2018 award for his effectiveness in combining science with business and promotion of Polish entrepreneurship abroad. He also received the Initiator of Business 2017 prize which is given to best managers in Poland. For his effectiveness in combining science and businesses as well as promotion of Polish entrepreneurship abroad, he was awarded with Tiger of Business 2018 prize. Many of his articles received honourable mention at international conferences. For instance, article entitled ‘Young Consumers’ Behaviours in Social Media and Their Impact on Personal Brand Development’ which he wrote together with Prof. Katarzyna Bilinska-Reformat, was awarded with Research Excellence Award during The International Scientific Conference on Challenges in Business and Social Sciences in Dubai. He was also awarded by Wprost with the Polish Business Teacher prize for implementing modern teaching methods for the development of Polish private companies and creating business leaders. In 2018 he was awarded with the title of "Visionary of 2018" for driving social and economic changes through the introduction of modern educational solutions at the level of higher education. The title is awarded to people who in their activities are guided by social needs. Together with Prof. Katarzyna Bilinska-Reformat from University of Economics in Katowice he was awarded with "Science for business" prize for the creation of new business solutions in the field of management and marketing for small and medium-sized enterprises and showing new directions consulting sector. Students from WSB Academy chose him to be entitled ‘The lecturer of 2018’ in ‘personality’ category. In 2018, the Business Institute awarded him the title "Ambassador of Innovation 2018" for the development of the Mixed Mental Arts model. In 2018 he also received the Polish Mentoring Strength Award for conducting consistent activities for the promotion of mentoring for business and individual client.In 2019 he was awarded with Top President award for most interesting, promising and inspiring managers. In 2019, he was awarded the Top President Award for the most impressive, best, promising, and inspiring managers. In the same year, he also received the "International Success of the Year" statuette for scientific and business achievements in foreign markets and the promotion of education culture. He was awarded the title of "Meritorious for Multi-Level Marketing." He was also awarded the "Medal of the National Education Commission." Law Business Quality magazine also awarded him for supporting and acting on behalf of women. In December 2019 Student Business Centre Club Forum awarded him with the "Role model of entrepreneurship" prize. In 2020 Starway, a company he manages, received a prestigious "Forbes Diamonds, 2020" award.
