Martina Blos is a German sprinter who was born on 17 June, 1957 in German. She is a two-time Olympic medalist, having won a silver medal in the 4x400m relay at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and a bronze medal in the 400m at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. Blos began her career as a sprinter in the early 1980s, competing in the 400m and 4x400m relay. She won her first major international medal in 1983, when she won a bronze medal in the 400m at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki. She went on to win a silver medal in the 4x400m relay at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, and a bronze medal in the 400m at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. Blos also won a gold medal in the 4x400m relay at the 1987 World Championships in Rome, and a silver medal in the 400m at the 1989 World Championships in Tokyo. She also won a gold medal in the 4x400m relay at the 1990 European Championships in Split. Blos retired from competitive athletics in 1991. She is currently 66 years old.
