He is best known for his work in the flamenco-rock fusion group Radio Tarifa, which he founded in the late 1980s. Delgado began his musical career in the early 1970s, playing in various rock bands in Madrid. He then moved to Paris, where he studied classical guitar and composition. In the late 1980s, he formed Radio Tarifa, which combined traditional flamenco music with rock and other influences. The group released three albums between 1995 and 2001, and toured extensively throughout Europe and the United States. Delgado has also composed music for film and television, including the score for the Spanish film "La Lengua de las Mariposas" (1999). He has also released several solo albums, including "Canciones de Amor y Desamor" (2003) and "Canciones de Amor y Desamor II" (2006).
