She went on to appear in a number of films, including The Big Chill, The Money Pit, The War of the Roses, and The Addams Family. In addition to her film work, Graff has appeared in numerous television shows, including Cheers, Seinfeld, and Law & Order. She has also written and produced for television, including the series The Naked Truth and the TV movie The Christmas List.
