Kathryn Greenwood

Originally signed on to play the character of "Eric's mother" in Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium (2007), but due to scheduling conflicts, she wasn't able to attend filming, and her character was re-cast with Rebecca Northan playing the part.

Alongside 'Mark Hamill' for the recent sequel to The Wrong Coast (2004) mini-series. [August 2005]

First child was born in early 2000, second born late 2001. Both are girls.

In 1999, Greenwood entered the U. S. again to find even more work in show business.

In 1996, Kathy landed the part of aunt "Grace Bailey" on the Canadian drama series Wind at My Back (1996), which lasted for five successful seasons. This performance garnered Kathy a nomination for a Gemini Award for Best Performance By an Actress in a Continuing Leading Role.

Kathryn Greenwood (or "Kathy" as she prefers to be called) graduated from the Agincourt Collegiate Institute, and attended the American Acadamy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, California, where she spent two years studying acting. When she returned to Canada in 1988, the fresh-face actress became a staple in Canadian comedy, performing in several theater productions, landing parts in movies such as The Wonderful World of Disney: Switching Goals (1999), and guest-starring on numerous television series.
