Julio Fuller is a former Costa Rican footballer who played for the Costa Rican national team from 1979 to 1991. He was born on 6 July 1956 in Limon, Costa Rica. Fuller began his career in the Costa Rican Primera Division with Limonense in 1979. He then moved to Saprissa in 1981, where he won the Costa Rican championship in 1982 and 1983. He also won the CONCACAF Champions Cup in 1983. Fuller was part of the Costa Rican national team from 1979 to 1991, and was part of the team that won the CONCACAF Gold Cup in 1989. He also played in the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy. Fuller retired from professional football in 1991. He currently works as a coach and is the technical director of the Costa Rican Football Federation. Fuller is married and has two children. His net worth is estimated to be around $1 million.

Born in Limón, Fuller began playing football in the youth team of local club Estrella Roja. In 1974, he joined Limonense, immediately helping the club reach the Primera División. Fuller played as a central defender for Limón from 1975 to 1979, and after a spell with Cartaginés, again from 1983 to 1995. He made his Primera debut against Herediano on 11 May 1975, and played his last Primera match against Alajuelense on 9 April 1995.
