Jennifer Griffin

Griffin initially reported for a newspaper in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she covered Nelson Mandela's release from imprisonment and other events in South Africa's transition away from apartheid. She covered Middle Eastern affairs for the Associated Press and National Public Radio before joining Fox News in 1999.

In October 1994, Griffin married Greg Myre, a journalist who is NPR's digital editor for international news and has reported for the Associated Press and The New York Times. Griffin and Myre have three children, Annalise Myre, Amelia Myre and Luke Myre.

Griffin, the producing director of Metrostage, a theater in Alexandria, Virginia. A 1992 graduate of Harvard University, Griffin has a bachelor's degree in comparative politics.
