Ilona Korstin is a Russian professional basketball player who currently plays for the UMMC Ekaterinburg of the Russian Women's Basketball Premier League. She is a two-time EuroLeague Women champion, a two-time Russian Women's Basketball Premier League champion, and a two-time Russian Cup winner. Korstin was born on 30 May 1980 in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She began playing basketball at the age of 12 and joined the Russian national team in 1998. She has since won numerous awards and honors, including being named the EuroLeague Women MVP in 2006 and the Russian Women's Basketball Premier League MVP in 2007. Korstin has also represented Russia in international competitions, including the 2004 Summer Olympics, the 2006 FIBA World Championship, and the 2008 Summer Olympics. She was also part of the Russian team that won the bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Korstin is married to former Russian basketball player Sergei Panov and has two children.
