Henry Fa'afili is a former professional rugby union player from New Zealand. He was born on 30 May 1980 in Auckland, New Zealand. He is best known for his time with the All Blacks, the New Zealand national rugby union team, where he played from 2002 to 2007. Fa'afili began his career playing for the Auckland Blues in the Super 12 competition. He then moved to the Highlanders in 2003, where he played for two seasons. In 2005, he joined the All Blacks and made his debut against the British and Irish Lions. He went on to make 24 appearances for the All Blacks, scoring four tries. Fa'afili retired from professional rugby in 2007 and is now a coach. He is currently the head coach of the Manawatu Turbos in the Mitre 10 Cup. Fa'afili is married to his wife, Tania, and they have two children. As of 2021, Henry Fa'afili's net worth is estimated to be around $2 million.

Fa'afili signed for the Warrington Wolves in 2004, and made his début on Sunday 8 August 2004, and whilst at the Warrington Wolves he scored many tries from high cross field kicks from Lee Briers. He scored 73 tries in 97 appearances for the Warrington Wolves. He was the top try-scorer in the Super League for the 2007's Super League XII. He left the Warrington Wolves at the end of 2007 season because of salary cap restraints. Fa'afili played his last match for the Warrington Wolves in the 34–26 victory over the Salford City Reds on Friday 14 September 2007.

2003

Fa'afili has also represented New Zealand in rugby league at international level on several occasions, scoring a hat-trick against Great Britain in 2003 at Ewood Park, Blackburn during the Tri-Nations. His last appearance for New Zealand was against Great Britain in June 2006 at St Helens. He also represented Samoa in the 2000 World Cup.
