In theatre her first star role was in David Auburn's "Proof" in the role of Claire, directed by the great Greek director Konstantinos Arvanitakis in 2002. Since then she has performed in more than 20 stage productions in the lead role; among others in Sophocles "Electra", Anton Chekhov's "Three Sisters", Noel Coward's "Design for living", Carlo Goldoni's "The Servant of Two Masters", Eugene Ionesco's "The Bald Soprano" etc.

Fay's TV debut was in 2002 with a lead role in the successful drama series "Fevga", which earned her rave reviews for her portrayal of a young sensitive drug-addicted woman.
