Okoli finished fifth in 4 x 400 metres relay at the 1992 Summer Olympics with teammates Hassan Bosso, Sunday Bada and Udeme Ekpeyong.[1] 400 meters 45.73 Lagos Nigeria 1994; 200 meters 20.71 Kitchener, Ontario 1995. Silver Medalist in 4x400 meters relay at the 1993 African Athletics Championship, Duban, South African. Finished fourth in 4x400 meters relay at the 1994 Commonwealth Games, Victoria, Canada; Finished sixth in 400 meters at the 1992 World Junior Athletics Championship, Seoul, South Korea.
