On September 20, 2018, Weaver signed with Israeli team Maccabi Rishon LeZion for the 2018–19 season. In October 2018, Weaver helped Rishon LeZion win the 2018 Israeli League Cup. He parted ways with Rishon LeZion on November 26, 2018, after appearing in seven games. Two days later, Weaver returned to Turkey for a third stint, signing with a one-year deal with Ankara DSİ.
