In early 2005 Chelsea Gilmore moved to Los Angeles to work in the Music Marketing department at the William Morris Agency. Chelsea was then offered a Director of A&R position with Dr. Dre at his Aftermath Record Label (Eminem, 50 Cent, The Game, Busta Rhymes, Eve, Marsha Ambrosius, and Camila Grey of "Uh Huh Her").

2003

Gilmore's company SuperGirl Entertainment INC, consulted closely with Andy Hilfiger on target -marketing strategies for the 2003 spring-line of Jennifer Lopez's SweetFace Fashions/J. Lo Clothing. Moving on from Sony Music, Chelsea worked with Jamaal "Shyne" Barrow to build Gangland Record Label at Def Jam/Universal.

Chelsea then took a position in the Marketing department at Sony Music Entertainment in 2002. Upon graduating from Hampton University in 1997 with Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing, Chelsea Marie Gilmore wanted a career in the Entertainment Industry. Moving to New York City, Chelsea took a summer production assistant position with Vh1/MTV.
