She has also appeared in numerous television series, including "The Life and Times of Vuk Stefanovic" (2003-2004). Savic was born on 12 October 1939 in Sombor, Kingdom of Yugoslavia. She studied acting at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, graduating in 1962. She began her career in the theater, performing in productions at the National Theatre in Belgrade. Savic has appeared in over 50 films and television series. She has won numerous awards for her work, including the Golden Arena for Best Actress at the Pula Film Festival in 1989 for her role in "The Battle of Kosovo".
