Ann-Sophie Duyck (born 23 July 1987) is a Belgian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Parkhotel Valkenburg. She competed in the 2013 UCI women's team time trial in Florence. By winning her fourth Belgian National Time Trial Championships in 2017, Duyck became the first Belgian road cyclist to win four consecutive titles in their discipline.
