Scott is an experienced filmmaker. He develops, casts, produces, posts, helps finance and arranges distribution for independent features, television series, commercials, videos and live events. Some features include "Cut Throat City" directed by RZA, "Running With The Devil", directed by Jason Cabell, "Zeroville", directed by James Franco, "Michael", directed by Justin Kelly, "In Dubious Battle" directed by James Franco, "Future World", directed by Bruce Thierry Cheung and "The Bronx Bull" directed by Martin Guigui. Scott was born and raised in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn New York, where his love for music began at age (3), when his father started having him take private piano lessons. While Scott's love for music continued to flourish as he grew into a concert piano player, his interest in movies came to life and at age (8) when he was asked to work on his Father, the late Bruce Reed's, feature "The Lords of Flatbush" as a Gofer. Five years later, Scott's family moved to Beverly Hills, where he attended Beverly Hills High School, went on to Cal-Arts while working summers on various studio and network features, series and live event productions. Fresh from college, Scott began answering phones at Spotlite, a talent agency based in Beverly Hills that represented celebrity comedians. Scott quickly grew to the position of Vice President, Corporate Division where for the next (5) years, he exclusively represented, booked and produced celebrity comedians in various live special events. For the next (3) years, Scott worked for Dick Clark as Director of Comedy, where he helped finance, book and produce many live and televised special events. A few of these events include NBC's St Jude's Children Hospital Telethon, The Battered Women's Association, City of Hope and American Diabetes Association and others. In 1996, Scott was recruited as VP/GM and responsible for the day to day operations and sales of the EFX and Wilshire Stages post facilities. For the next (7) years, Scott provided talent, facilities and services for large budget studio live action and animated features and network television series. Scott supervised the day to day post production for many projects during this time, working with top directors, actors and producers.
