The show was focused on news and current events, with Catherwood hosting the last hour of the show alone to talk about a topic of his own choosing. He left the show in January 2018 to go back to Kevin and Bean, and was replaced by Lauren Sivan.

On March 16, 2016, Catherwood announced on the air that he would be leaving Loveline at the end of the month, and his final day as host was March 31, 2016. Loveline itself went off the air permanently on April 28, 2016.

2007

In June 2007, he created a KROQ sensation, a parody of the Plain White T's song "Hey There Delilah" called "Hey There Vagina." The song was the most requested song on the station for a week until station lawyers quashed it, claiming it was "indecent." The station also pulled its own link to the song.
