He has also appeared in television series such as From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series (2014–2015) and The Son (2017–2018). Garcia-Rulfo was born on 25 February 1981 in Guadalajara, Mexico. He studied acting at the Centro de Educación Artística of Televisa. Garcia-Rulfo made his film debut in the Mexican drama film El Violín (2005). He then appeared in the films El Infierno (2010), Instructions Not Included (2013), and Sicario (2015). He also starred in the 2016 remake of The Magnificent Seven and the 2018 crime thriller Widows.
