Leonardo Duque is a Colombian professional cyclist who currently rides for the Movistar Team. He was born on 10 April 1980 in Cali, Colombia. He began his professional career in 2002 with the Colombian team Cafes Baqué. He has since ridden for several teams, including the Spanish team Saunier Duval-Prodir, the Italian team Lampre-Fondital, and the Spanish team Movistar Team. Duque has had a successful career, winning several stages in the Vuelta a España, the Tour de Suisse, the Tour de Romandie, and the Tour of the Basque Country. He has also won the overall classification of the Vuelta a Burgos and the Vuelta a Asturias. Duque is 1.78 m (5 ft 10 in) tall and weighs 68 kg (150 lb). He is married and has two children.

Leonardo Fabio Duque (born April 10, 1980 in Cali, Valle del Cauca) is a French professional road racing cyclist, who last rode for the Nippo–Delko–One Provence team. After stage 19 of the 2009 Tour de France, Duque was named the most combative rider of the stage after aggressively pacing a breakaway. In 2011 he became the first Colombian-born cyclist to finish the cobbled One Day Cycling Monuments, the Tour of Flanders and Paris–Roubaix. He also competed in the men's Madison at the 2004 Summer Olympics.
