Kathleen Kennedy is an American film producer and president of Lucasfilm. She is one of the most successful and influential producers in Hollywood, having produced some of the highest-grossing films of all time. Kennedy has been involved in the production of over 60 films, including the Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, and Star Wars franchises. She has won numerous awards, including two Academy Awards, two BAFTA Awards, and three Golden Globe Awards. Kennedy was born in Berkeley, California, and grew up in a family of filmmakers. She attended San Diego State University, where she studied film and television production. After graduating, she worked as an assistant to Steven Spielberg on the set of Raiders of the Lost Ark. She then went on to produce a number of films, including E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Jurassic Park, and the Back to the Future trilogy. In 2012, Kennedy was appointed president of Lucasfilm, the production company founded by George Lucas. She has since overseen the production of the Star Wars sequel trilogy, as well as the spin-off films Rogue One and Solo. Kennedy is estimated to have a net worth of $100 million.
