Declan Danaher is a former professional rugby union player who played for London Irish, Munster, and Ireland. He was born in London, England, and attended St. Paul's School in Barnes. He began his professional career with London Irish in 1998, and went on to play for Munster in 2003. He was part of the Munster team that won the Heineken Cup in 2006. Declan Danaher made his international debut for Ireland in 2004, and went on to make a total of 24 appearances for his country. He was part of the Irish team that won the Triple Crown in 2006. Declan Danaher retired from professional rugby in 2011, and is now a coach. He is currently the head coach of the London Irish Academy.
