Casey Clausen is a former American football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL) for four seasons. He was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Tennessee. Clausen was born on January 9, 1981 in Thousand Oaks, California. He attended Thousand Oaks High School, where he was a three-sport athlete in football, basketball, and baseball. He was a two-time All-State selection in football and was named the Ventura County Player of the Year as a senior. Clausen attended the University of Tennessee, where he played for the Tennessee Volunteers football team from 2000 to 2003. He was a three-year starter and was named the team's MVP in 2003. He finished his college career with 8,292 passing yards, which ranks second in school history. Clausen was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the fourth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played in four games for the Titans in 2004, completing 11 of 22 passes for 97 yards and one touchdown. He was released by the Titans in 2005 and did not play in the NFL again. Clausen currently works as a college football analyst for ESPN. He is married to his wife, Ashley, and they have two children. As of 2021, Casey Clausen's net worth is estimated to be $2 million.

Clausen was hired as the Calabasas High School's head football coach on December 12, 2013. On December 16, 2017, Clausen was hired as head football coach at his alma mater, Bishop Alemany High School.

Clausen went undrafted in the 2004 NFL Draft and was briefly signed by the Kansas City Chiefs as a free agent. Later on, he spent some time with the Amsterdam Admirals of the NFL Europe.

Clausen attended and played college football at the University of Tennessee under head coach Phillip Fulmer from 2000–2003. Clausen took over the starting position from A. J. Suggs on October 21, 2000 in the annual rivalry game against Alabama. He helped lead Tennessee to the SEC East Division title in 2001. He started 44 of 47 games at the quarterback position in his career and had a 14–1 record on the road with a 34–10 record overall.
