Bernard Avle is a Ghanaian broadcaster and journalist. He is the host of the popular radio show, Citi Breakfast Show, on Citi FM in Accra, Ghana. He is also the host of the television show, The Lounge, on GHOne TV. Avle was born on 20 May 1981 in Accra, Ghana. He attended the University of Ghana, Legon, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology. Avle began his career in broadcasting in 2004, when he joined Citi FM as a news anchor. He later became the host of the Citi Breakfast Show, which he has been hosting since 2008. In 2013, he began hosting The Lounge on GHOne TV. Avle is married to Nana Aba Anamoah, a Ghanaian journalist and television presenter. They have two children together.
