Ahmed Ajeddou is a 38-year-old Moroccan professional footballer who currently plays for Raja Casablanca. He began his career with the youth team of Raja Casablanca in 1998 and made his professional debut in 2001. He has since gone on to make over 200 appearances for the club, winning the Moroccan League title in 2004 and the Moroccan Cup in 2005. Ajeddou has also represented Morocco at international level, making his debut in 2004 and going on to make over 30 appearances for the national team. He was part of the squad that won the 2012 African Nations Cup and was also part of the team that reached the quarter-finals of the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup. Off the pitch, Ajeddou is a popular figure in Morocco and is known for his charitable work. He has set up a foundation to help disadvantaged children in his home country and is also an ambassador for the United Nations Children's Fund.
