Ford was born on January 22, 1981 in Ruskin, Florida. She is the daughter of Lee and Debra Ford. She has two siblings, a brother named Lee Jr. and a sister named Ashley.
Ford attended East Bay High School in Gibsonton, Florida, where she was a cheerleader and a member of the school's dance team. She graduated in 1999.
