Ron Meyer is an American actor, producer, and director. He is best known for his roles in the films The Godfather Part II (1974), The Deer Hunter (1978), and The Godfather Part III (1990). He has also appeared in numerous television series, including The Rockford Files (1974–1980), The A-Team (1983–1987), and Miami Vice (1984–1989). Meyer was born on August 31, 1944 in the United States. He attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he studied acting. He began his career in the early 1970s, appearing in several films and television series. Meyer has been married twice. He was first married to actress and singer Linda Lavin from 1971 to 1975. He then married actress and producer Cyndi Pass in 1981. The couple has two children. Meyer has an estimated net worth of $2 million.
