Roberto "Kitoy" Cruz (born August 18, 1972) is the most bemedalled Taekwondo player in international competition for the Philippines. He competed in the 1990s and was at the tail-end of a long illustrious career when he competed in the 2000 Sydney Olympics. (where Taekwondo first became a medal sport) This was before the onset of YouTube and Social Networking when very few videos were publicly shared. A lot of the younger generation of Taekwondo Practitioners are unfamiliar with this player's many exploits. He currently serves as one of the national coaches for the country.
