He is the founder of the talent agency PBJ Management, which represents a number of high-profile British actors, comedians, and writers. He is also the former chairman of Tiger Aspect Productions, one of the UK's leading independent television production companies. Bennett-Jones began his career in the entertainment industry in the late 1970s, working as a talent agent for the William Morris Agency. He then moved to the BBC, where he worked as a producer on a number of popular shows, including The Young Ones, Blackadder, and Mr. Bean. In 1989, Bennett-Jones founded PBJ Management, which has since become one of the UK's leading talent agencies. He is also the former chairman of Tiger Aspect Productions, which he founded in 1994. Bennett-Jones has been married to his wife, the actress and writer Joanna Lumley, since 1986. They have two children together.
