Magdi Abdelghani is an Egyptian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He was born on 27 July 1959 in Cairo, Egypt. He began his career with Al Ahly in 1977 and went on to play for several other clubs in Egypt, including Zamalek, Ismaily, and El-Mokawloon. He also had a brief stint with the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr. Abdelghani was part of the Egyptian national team that won the African Cup of Nations in 1986. He also represented Egypt at the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy. Abdelghani retired from professional football in 1997. He currently works as a football coach and is the manager of the Egyptian Premier League club El-Entag El-Harby. As of 2021, Magdi Abdelghani's net worth is estimated to be around $1 million.
