Wheeler is the host of One America News Network's "Tipping Point with Liz Wheeler," where she is famous for her finale segment, "Final Point." In 2019, Wheeler published her first book, Tipping Points: How to Topple the Left's House of Cards. She has been described as a "titan" of conservative media by Politico Magazine.

After calling out Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s position about the Alabama abortion bill in 2019 and revealing how her congressional votes contradict her public statements, Wheeler was publicly blocked by the lawmaker on Twitter.

On August 6, 2019, Wheeler published her first book, Tipping Points: How to Topple the Left's House of Cards, with Regnery Publishing. The book quickly became a Publishers Weekly national bestseller. President Trump encouraged everyone to "buy the book" and "give Liz great reviews" on Twitter on March 24, 2020.
