Timeline

2019

Geoff was awarded his 5th Degree Black Belt Master rank in Kempo in October 2019, by Grand Master Jim Brassard. Geoff also holds a 3rd degree black belt in Hap Ki Do, and black belts in Tae Kwon Do and karate.

2017

2017 - Geoff returned to Los Angeles after a 4 year "break" from Hollywood following the accident filming "Shadow on the Mesa," that shattered the left side of his face, broke 7 ribs, snapped his sternum in two pieces, caused internal injuries, and required 4 surgeries over as many years.

2016

Geoff had not spoken much of his previous work in personal protection or security detail for fear of it not being well received during his acting career, but he was recruited to the private sector to be a recurring hand to hand combat instructor with the United States Marine Corps Martial Arts Program instructors. After his injury and move to Texas, he opened his own fitness and martial arts studio, Dojo Fit. He returned to Los Angeles in November 2016, to be more readily available for acting and writing jobs, and to open up another studio of his own in the near future.

2012

Geoff began as a stuntman working in the Universal Studios Hollywood Tour, where he worked in the "Wild West Stunt Show", "The Adventures of Conan", and "The Miami Vice Action Spectacular. " Using that as a springboard, Geoff performed almost all of his own stunts as an actor, from going through glass windows, to highfalls, to car chases, to doing all of his own extensive fighting with the likes of Steven Seagal, Chuck Norris, and Mark Dacascos. As a playwright, Geoff has had five original plays produced in Los Angeles. He directed four of them, and starred in all five. After being severely injured on a TV movie in 2012, which turned into a workers comp lawsuit, Geoff "semi retired" from acting, and opened his own fitness/martial arts studio in the suburbs of Houston, Texas, while loosely keeping his foot in the door in Hollywood.
