Fredy Armando Valencia was born in 1982 in Bogota, Colombia. He was a serial rapist and serial killer who was convicted of murdering at least 11 women between 2002 and 2004. He was arrested in 2004 and sentenced to 60 years in prison. Valencia was known for targeting women who were alone and vulnerable, such as prostitutes and drug addicts. He would lure them into his car and then rape and murder them. He would then dump their bodies in remote areas. Valencia was described as a "cold-blooded killer" by the Colombian police. He was also known for his lack of remorse and his refusal to cooperate with authorities. Valencia is currently serving his sentence in a maximum security prison in Colombia. He is not eligible for parole.
