On April 10, 2017, De La Cruz signed with the Saraperos de Saltillo of the Mexican Baseball League. He was released on July 17, 2018.

De La Cruz signed with the Nettuno Baseball City of the Italian Baseball League for the 2016 season.

On April 2, 2014, De La Cruz signed with the Sultanes de Monterrey of the Mexican Baseball League. He was released on June 21, 2014.

Eulogio "Frankie" de la Cruz Martinez (Spanish pronunciation: [ewˈloxjo ˈfɾaŋki ðe la ˈkɾuz maɾˈtines] ; born March 12, 1984) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the Algodoneros de Unión Laguna of the Mexican League. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Detroit Tigers, Florida Marlins, San Diego Padres and Milwaukee Brewers and in Nippon Professional Baseball for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows.
