She was the daughter of actor Richard Bennett and actress Adrienne Morrison. Constance Bennett began her career in silent films in the 1920s, appearing in such films as The Valley of Decision (1925), The Goose Hangs High (1926), and The Affairs of Cellini (1934). She also appeared in a number of sound films, including What Price Hollywood? (1932), Bed of Roses (1933), and Topper (1937). Constance Bennett was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in What Price Hollywood? She was also nominated for a Golden Globe for her performance in Topper. Constance Bennett was married four times, and had two children. She died on July 24, 1965 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
