Anthony Julius is a British lawyer and author. He is best known for his work in the field of intellectual property law, and for representing Princess Diana in her divorce from Prince Charles. He was born in London, England, on 16 July 1956. Julius studied at the University of Cambridge, where he earned a degree in law. He then went on to practice law at the firm of Mishcon de Reya, where he became a partner in 1987. He has since become a leading figure in the field of intellectual property law, and has represented a number of high-profile clients, including the Rolling Stones, the Spice Girls, and the estate of the late Princess Diana. In addition to his legal work, Julius is also an author. He has written several books, including Transgressions: The Offences of Art (2000), Trials of the Diaspora: A History of Anti-Semitism in England (2010), and T.S. He joined the Bloomsbury law firm Mishcon de Reya in 1979, becoming a partner in 1984. Currently, he is deputy chairman of that firm.

On 1 April 1933, a week after he came to power, Hitler ordered a boycott of Jewish shops, banks, offices and department stores."
