He has also represented the All Blacks, the New Zealand national team, and has played for the Hurricanes, Chiefs, and Crusaders in Super Rugby. Fatialofa was born in Wellington, New Zealand, and attended St. Patrick's College in Silverstream. He began his professional rugby career in 2002, playing for the Wellington Lions in the National Provincial Championship. He made his Super Rugby debut for the Hurricanes in 2004, and went on to play for the Chiefs and Crusaders before joining the Blues in 2011. Fatialofa has represented the All Blacks on two occasions, making his debut against Ireland in 2012. He has also represented the Maori All Blacks, and was part of the team that won the Churchill Cup in 2011. Fatialofa is married to his wife, Tania, and they have two children. He is 40 years old.
